The Faction Bonus is actually triggered / checked at 8:50 AM.

And at that time you had not 1000 Gold Ingots in your Inventory. I see you tried to put it as fast as you can at 8:59:XX in your inventory… I gave you the 10RP but next time remember to do it earlier.
