What happened?
=> Patreon was paid, meta tier. Went through the process, acted like it was linked to HWS Connect. But then..nothing. It does not update, and it still shows connect to Patreon. Under Patreons, it shows as Vaelemont listed under Meta..as it should. But it doesn’t seem to have properly linked to Discord or to Patreon. I’ve tried the guide. In order.
Opened up a new tab. Then a new window. Logged out of Patreon, then tried. Same end result.
Also, you can disregard my last ticket, I seem to be able to get into that now.

Server? (+ EU or + NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> RE NA
When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> 06/11/2026, around 6ish PM or so EST time zone.

=> Akua starter planet, RE NA server.
Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> N/A
How can we help you now?
=> I just want my Patreon status to show as active and be properly linked. I have tried both via my Phone and via Chrome browser. Nothing seems to work, unless I am seriously missing something. Again, I have tried the guide, and looked through the forum a bit to see if there was an answer there. Thank you for your time.
Linking Discord and Patreon is a separate process compared to linking HWS Connect and Patreon

When you’ve linked that, your tier should begin to show up in Discord as well.

What do you mean with Patreon though? Anything else missing?
The HWS Connect / Ingame <> Patreon bridge is establised and you can get your benefits in EGS HQ.
I mean, that like i said above, I purchased the Meta tier of Patreon yesterday.
I went and followed that very guide.
Then link to Patreon account in HWS comnect. Sign in, confirm (name Vaelemont)…goes back to link account to Patreon screen.
It shows my username as a Meta. But doesnt seem to register it on HWS Connect, etc. And I went through that guide, and even a post or two with issues regarding Patreon stuff looking for some kind of clue.
Logged out of Patreon. Tried again. Same result. Patreon shows it as active. The HWS connect shows a tier change..but doesnt seem to be any way to verify that it properly connected my Patreon account or benefits.
Did you talk with the Lady in EGS HQ and she said you are not a Patron?
Technically this should work if you do it now.
You are registered as Patron, which you can see in the Thank You section in HWS Connect and ingame, talking to her.
Welp. Co info didnt show anything. Im still on a starter as i only joined a few days ago along with a friend. So im not sure where the EGS stuff is to try that yet.
The Thank you thing..yes, i saw that.
But when making purchases, the 0% fee didnt seem to apply, leading me to think it lists me, but as far as HWS Connect is concerned is still not connected.
Trying to connect or view my benefits just takes me to the page that says to connect my Patreon account. Then trying to do so..back to the same page.
So im not sure if im somehow looking at things wrong, etc. But at least via HWS Connect its not connecting it or including any benefits other than to show the thank you. I still get charged fees and DNA, etc.

ok, I think this all will be resolved, once you get to ECC.
The Homeworld System is near the starter system. The ECC planet is inside the system and once you reach the EGS HQ POI (most important POI), you can reach the Patreon/Supporter Room via the EGS Beam.
Everything is already working, also in HWS Connect. I can see in the database your correct Patreon Level (make sure to use the Vaelemont account).

Thank you for the help! I was able to get things rolling once I got to the right place.
Definitely looking at supporter packages, since my friend is also enjoying the migration over. We started super late in the season so getting our bearings was slightly awkward but the community is great.
Is it possible to save the alien and patreon core in the orbital storage?
(I know a limit of one on the patreon core, so im handling that with kid gloves)
And if i wanted to get a planet..probaby for the next season as im told this ones ending next month some time..anything I should know not mentioned already? Does it come with moons or is that a separate cost?
