What happened?
=> I redeemed my Resource Packs from my Patreon Status, and I was not expecting that everything gets dropped into my inventory, so I did not had enouth space and was not able to collect everything since my CV container was out of reach since I landed close with a VS which did not have close to enough space for everything so like 85% of everything just despawned

Thanks, but sadly I have no clue what I picked up exactly from the 2 packs to be honest the only thing I am very sure about was the neodym,zascosium and erestium ingots some fuel,ice and the detox,adranaline shots and trauma packs, but I have not really the total amounts from that,and I also used already around 250 of the ingots, so technically I could not delte official everything anymore.
But I just checked what I missed basically from the XL Package from what I remember, besides the emergency rations there was nothing really important, the regular common ingots , heal stuff and oxygen would be nice but not so important, maybe its possible to only check if I took like the food rations, since I was kinda in panic mode and did not really paid attention what I took in total exactly since my ship just had 6,5k storage and I did like 3 or 4 tips worth of stuff to my CV would be totally happy with the food rations, otherwise would be a lot of work to check the logs carfully with all stuff. Also would be a nice addition to put there a warning at or info before you redeme a pack at the patreon, was expecting to get like idk a cmd to use like its for the regular pack to get^^
We unfortunately can’t really track individual items, so we can’t see what you lost and didn’t get, other than by spending hours investigating
But since it’s just the emergency rations that you lost, we can take your word for it as an exception, and return them next time I notice you offline.
I would encourage you to record your gameplay in the background, so you always have these things on video. They make tickets significantly easier both for you and for us, and increase the chances of us being able to help if we don’t have logs.
