We unfortunately can’t really track individual items, so we can’t see what you lost and didn’t get, other than by spending hours investigating
But since it’s just the emergency rations that you lost, we can take your word for it as an exception, and return them next time I notice you offline.
I would encourage you to record your gameplay in the background, so you always have these things on video. They make tickets significantly easier both for you and for us, and increase the chances of us being able to help if we don’t have logs.
