Question about wipes

Hello,

I just have a question about all wipes on starter Planet Freelancer.
I see a wipe every week, does it mean that all bases are wiped ?
For example, if I live in a ship until I leave the starter system, is there a risk that this one is wiped ?

The servers must be completely wiped periodically and all players start over again on HWS because Empyrion is currently in alpha development. Eleon (developers of Empyrion) release major patches roughly 2 to 3 times a year. HWS Seasons In addition, HWS has implemented Seasons - these last approximately 90-days (3-months). However, the length of seasons may vary (shorter or longer) – such as when Eleon releases a major version update, or a very critical patch is needed between major releases. …

Starters have an individual wipe timer, where only your stuff gets wiped after 14 days.
