Unfortunately ready-to-spawn blueprints are stored locally, and if you never saw it ingame, it never fully reached the server. Therefore, we have no way to restore it. In this kind of a ticket, a video of the loss would be very helpful*.
The best I can offer you, as a one-time exception, is to restore the ~5 most important resources you lost 
For that, I would need a screenshot of the blueprint recipe taken while youāre online on HWS.
