Repair of ship went wrong

What happened?
=> Started repair via the repair bay after collecting all materials.
Then repair was interrupted (player went into the repair area somehow).
Result: Repairbay including all materials is gone and ship is not repaired (since not finished).

Hey, @Olin.

We unfortunately can’t repair your ship for you, and we don’t have logs over the materials in your repair bay, so we can’t really help with that either :grimacing:

If you use a service station instead of a repair bay, that’s instant, and can’t really fail in the same way as a repair bay. Otherwise, we also have EGS Insurance, which will let you respawn the ship in the state that you last saved a template. I’d encourage you to read about it before using it though.

Those are your two best options, most likely.

Too bad, I cannot afford incusrance or repairing at a station, so it is grinding again for the ressources then. :downcast_face_with_sweat:

Tough situation. If you take a screenshot of the repair recipe in your repair bay, and let me know which few items are the most important to you (with exact item names and amounts), I can probably make an exception and take your word for it, as a one-time exception. :slight_smile:

never mind, I do not want you to make an expection for me, then other people will ask as well and feel treated unfairly if you do nto do the same etc.
I managed to get the required ressources and reapir. I will be extra careful with the repair going forward.

You don’t have to worry about that. In general, we understand that Empyrion is a very buggy game, so we’re usually able to offer one blind exception.

But sure, good that you managed to solve it yourself :+1:

For the future, it is often faster to mine gold and make money that way, and use a repairshop :+1::+1::+1:
