We unfortunately can’t repair your ship for you, and we don’t have logs over the materials in your repair bay, so we can’t really help with that either 
If you use a service station instead of a repair bay, that’s instant, and can’t really fail in the same way as a repair bay. Otherwise, we also have EGS Insurance, which will let you respawn the ship in the state that you last saved a template. I’d encourage you to read about it before using it though.
Those are your two best options, most likely.
