What happened:
=> When I want to reset the timer started at 36 hours. Now it is still more than 20 hours, although it says on homepage, that reset timer is 12 hours.

Wrong. It states everything clearly.

After the first three resets or after 10 hours of play, the cooldown increases to 3 hours and 3 hours are added each subsequent time the command is used (3, 6, 9, 12 hours, etc.). This prevents starter loot farming.

If you tell me a good reason, I can do this earlier. Otherwise as it states
