**Hello admin team. I experienced a connection freeze / server desync while flying towards the defense tower near SF6. I was piloting a brand new SV (Small Vessel). Due to the connection lost window popping up on my screen, I lost all control of the ship and was unable to maneuver. As a result, the ship was completely destroyed by the tower. Losses:
This loss is devastating to me as it represents days of intense grinding and a huge amount of credits. The ship was fully equipped, including:
4 Auxiliary Core Units
4 Quantum Core Units

S-426. I cannot see my ship in the Structure Commander. Its wreck is lying right next to SF6.

Since this happened entirely due to a server-side connection issue and not player error, I kindly request a restoration of the ship and its lost high-tier components.
Thank you for your time and help.

I just deleted your ship intentionally. Can you tell me what happened to your ship after it was destroyed? Did you take anything from the wreck, items or blocks, recover the ship, or move it maybe?
I just checked again, and actually I can see that the ship was created only ~30 minutes before you were destroyed, so we unfortunately do not have any backups to restore of the ship.
There are typically many hours between structure backups, sadly for you in this case.
Since you say that this was important to you, I will at least return these two next time I notice you offline (tomorrow at earliest)
I put the four Auxiliary Cores in your inventory now. For the “Quantum Core” items, please find me the exact in-game names.
You can search for them either in-game or in https://empyrion-codex.com.
As a one-time exception, the two items you asked for are in your inventory now Normally damaged ships are quite difficult to deal with in general, and we would need a video to be able to help.
Thank you so much for making an exception and for your amazing support! I really appreciate your time and help. Next time I’ll make sure to have my recorder running just in case. Have a great day!
