ship disappeared after disconnected

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> Ship disappeared.
After descending on planet, while trying to land ship touched trees, the game froze for few seconds, and then I got disconnected. On reconnect I was back in space with no ship. The ship is neither in space nor on planet.

Player(s) with issue? (steam name)
=> Blue

Server? (+ EU or + NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> HWS RE 18 EU |PvPvE|Reforged Eden 2|Mods|Events|RE

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> aprox. 07.02.2026 13:30

On which Playfield?
=> Shaiide

Structure Name(s)?
=> Stardust

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> I do not know.

How can we help you now?
=> Can the ship be recovered? Can I find the ID somehow?

Good morning
you can find the ID’s in HWS connect - structure log (you may have to click on the eye icon)
from there use cb:restore:(id)
but i’m not sure if this will work.. let us know :wink:

I’ve checked there, but my ship does not appear.

Assuming you mean that you checked Structure Commander, make sure you toggle the green eye in the top of the page, as you can’t see deleted structures otherwise :slight_smile:

I only had 2 structures, a HV and a CV. I deleted the HV previously.

On Structure Commander I pressed the eye icon, but it does not change anything.
The HV I deleted does not appear either.

None of the IDs shown are mine, just faction.

I tried searching for it manually and found its ID: 23421430. The reason you couldn’t see it in Structure Commander is because it’s uncored :grimacing:

Checking the logs, I can’t see why it’s destroyed, which I would normally be able to if it had been an NPC ship or POI that had destroyed it. Therefore, the more probable reason is that the ships generators were overloaded and blew up, causing a chain explosion. That would be my guess anyway.

Normally this type of problem is not something we can help with without a video of what happened, and even then it’s still hard to help with. Our logs about damaged structures are limited and there are many hours between our structure backups.
But, as an exception since I can see that you’re new here on HWS, I’ll restore it for you :slight_smile:
