I tried searching for it manually and found its ID: 23421430. The reason you couldn’t see it in Structure Commander is because it’s uncored 
Checking the logs, I can’t see why it’s destroyed, which I would normally be able to if it had been an NPC ship or POI that had destroyed it. Therefore, the more probable reason is that the ships generators were overloaded and blew up, causing a chain explosion. That would be my guess anyway.
Normally this type of problem is not something we can help with without a video of what happened, and even then it’s still hard to help with. Our logs about damaged structures are limited and there are many hours between our structure backups.
