Tried to retrieve my patreon core

i was trying to retrieve my patreon core,and alien core and didnt know there was a special way to do it.

=> id have to check this

On which Playfield?

How can we help you now?
=> I would like both cores back please, its my first wipe and ive put 100 hours in i would hate for this to just take my wind out i love this game

i mean i already used the multi tool to try and retrieve them, poof, gone.

exactly… you dont…
the guide tells you that you need specific enhancements to get these back…
Alien Core it will become parts in your inventory. You CAN’T get the Alien Core back out of your structure unless you have EGS Recycle level 5 at least.
Patreon core is another story…

yeah i know i just made a big oopsie duh to ignorance. i had just built another ship and was going to move it over, didnt even think twice until right after i did it.

we all make mistakes and i’m very positive Dr.Dark can make an exception as we’re only human. :wink:

except rexxx… i still dont know if he is or not…

but plz read the guide on how to get these back… if saves us time looking through logs etc and gains you knowledge…

but your looking at a good 8 hours from now for a reply :wink:

Please only contact us in 1 place. You don’t have to make tickets in both forum, discord and send me a private message :sweat_smile:

And as Gareth said, all cores can only be picked up using EGS Recycle. They will break if you try any other way. This goes for both normal cores, alien cores, patreon cores and advanced cores.

Second, we need this please:

And you mention you lost both a patreon core and an alien core, but only 1 structure. Since each structure can only have 1 core, how did this happen?
Is there another structure you left out, or??

Once I have this information, I’ll see what I can do :slight_smile:

I have no idea what time it was :sob::sob: i retrieved the patreon core then put the alien core down in the ship i removed the patreon. Thinking i could just pick them up. I have since spent time reading the guides and faq pages. Im sorry i put so many tickets i panicked :sweat_smile::sweat_smile:. I know it was between 345 am and 5 am your time.

No worries.

I made a one-time exception now and restored the two cores to your inventory.

In the future we’d need a video of you destroying them, to be able to help with such tickets.
