What happened?
=> after completing Alien Asylum, I left the room with 24 datacores in my inventory, but as soon as I left there was a server restart (unexpected), in the Sleleton boss room I didn’t hear any warning for the server restart and I couldn’t log out, when I came back the datacores were gone

this is just a fyi.. just take note of the server restart times (cb:nextrestart), from the command you can plan your gametime.
admins are away today so expect a responce tonight or tomorrow

I wouldn’t say “unexpected”. The restart times on the RE server have been the same for the past 5 years

10:05, 18:05, and 00:05. Except for Tuesday night, where the last one is pushed 1 hour to 01:05.

Also the warnings were there as always.

In general, never do missions or POIs within 30 minutes of a server restart; it’s always a bad idea.

I can’t really see what happened to your data cores, but for now I’ll make a one-time exception, and take your word for the fact that they’re lost. I put them in your inventory now
It’s a good idea to record your Empyrion gameplay in the background, so you have these things on video. If you upload your video to YouTube and link to it in your ticket, then that helps a lot, and there’s a significantly higher chance of us being able to help with this type of issues.
