Well I guess its solved then. There is no point of investigating if you made up your mind and need to accuse us. I gave you the chance to solve this the right way. But I guess you donā€™t get it.

This has nothing to do with this server and nothing to do with not refunding stuff. Everyone who is longer here can tell you about it.

  1. You are talking about a game bug. And its clear that no one can compensate for every game bug. No server does this. We are restoring a lot of stuff here. And we do it often just in good faith. I donā€™t think any server would even think about it.

  2. And on top of it you are talking about an unbelievable game bug that only looks like people trying to exploit the system. Just because someone says I lost something we will not just give it back. We NEED some kind of proof, and in this case there is NONE (talking about the gold, since as I said I have to check the structure again). So from our point of view it only looks suspicious. If you see and understand the game logs, you would understand what I mean.
    If the circumstances would be less suspicious I would have had no problem to return something, as we usually do.

Find me a real server who would compensate for this magic bug without any proofā€¦ I can see the other factions coming up with complaints and similar storiesā€¦ uproarā€¦

To keep it fair for all, we have to stick to the rules.

Just to keep you updated about the investigation:

Devs donā€™t know the issue yet, but are checking the exceptions and found one issue that will be fixed in the next Version. They seem bound to beckys player, because everywhere she went the exceptions followed.

The warp is explained, even though we still donā€™t know why it was trigered. But it seems to be due to the exceptions:

Still does not explain the lost gold from the inventory, sorry. But at least as far as I can see its really gone and not taken by someone else, in case it was dropped. But you need to calm down before I do anything here.

But it could explain the structure being ā€œbrokenā€ and seen as enemy. So I refunded the 13.5m.

Just to make it clear again, since some think it means JVI are cheaters: NO ONE says that.
The reason for not giving back the gold is simply because it canā€™t be explained by a bug, even if it is one.
