======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> Actualy we like PVP & Fairplay ! Same for HwS we play with the Rules (Allys etc all fine)
But what actualy now is “ally and what not”
Cause we fighted GG …Southwest side “JVI” North side LEA why so different sides ? They are not allys ingame but they are ally via Discord etc
I mean we got Rules “Limits etc specialy for GG / PvP” 3 “ally bases” but with that we say “unoffical but rule breaking” alliance you can have XX bases on gg ?
Question now is is that allowed or not ?

Video Shows that they "attack from different sides that the hvs dont shoot there allys (who are enemys cause of limit base / hv etc) complete “tactical ambush” what shows there are not new players… maybe new faction but its fishy

I mean “new faction” means nothing everyone can change the Faction to a New Name we got Rules everyone Know it life with it and aceppt it but i just ask is this allowed ? i want clear yes or no.
If yes all is ok , if no anything should get done means like first “Rule change / Fix” second lea or jvi base remove need make ally and life with 3 bases not 6 on gg . (no hate & toxic pls) ty :slight_smile:
Like i said we like HwS and dont wanna missunderstand or seed toxic in any kind of way but this is actualy not normal.

Well, why do you think so many have stopped playing Emyprion on HWS…
because it’s just not fun anymore and the admins don’t give a damn about it…
JVI, RED and co can do what they want…

I can see it being a fun tactic to be used in big fights having done it before, with the way the meta has changed bases are op right now, looking at gg in eu its overkill lol. The tactic is good as a final push to remove a particular faction from a playfield but soon as thats done it should then face each other for dominance… the smaller factions dont stand a chance without millions of resources, knowhow or an alliance with a large faction

I cant see that as fun tactic or in any way used. There is a reason why there is structure/vessel limits in PvP systems and planets.
Per alliance your allowed to have 20 HV and 20 SV and 3 bases. By making “NAPs” or anything similar to this you can have 2x of everything over limit.

For instance you make “NAPs” or anything like that with 4-10-100 factions and then you can have way to many stuff on PvP planets.
So i do not agree with this secret alliances or NAPs duo to being able to break structure/vessel limits and also make playfield more unstable with over spawning.

ok, trying to understand what exactly are you writing (allies and enemies at the same time)…

  1. if they ware our allies, we couldn’t have had all the bases and HVs there, they would have been taken away…that means, they are not our allies.
  2. therefore, they are our enemies and they are automatically shot at if they come in range.
  3. as far as i know, they were never part of JVI, they don’t want to join JVI, they don’t want to ally with JVI and they don’t want to fight against JVI…they just want to mine the gold and have politely asked if they can do it without starting a war with JVI (one can achieve quite few things by not being pain in the butt)…therefore the NAP…

Do you know what NAP means?
“Non-Aggression Pact is a treaty between two or more parties that includes a promise by the parties not to engage in military action against each other”

that is quite different from allying with them, it just means other targets have much higher priority, and in this case, that was your bases :slight_smile:

for the info, more then few JVI kills last few days were LEA members, if they wander where they shouldn’t, they do get shot at, we don’t discriminate :smiley:

i know more than few people that said they have stopped playing because of mysterious lag spikes that ware almost always happening when certain FUN and U-T members arrive to PVP areas, i personally can confirm few such encounters… :wink:

you mean the way JVI was attacked few days ago by the guys from NA with almost 60 tanks at once, they ware all fine separated in 3 factions not allied here, but had perfectly coordinated attacks on our bases…oh, and yes, they are all members of other factions on NA, factions that are all allied with each other there…

strange, i thought that PKF don’t mind going behind their allies back and make alliances with enemies of their allies without telling them, lying about it when asked and blocking the core count when the fight starts by being “busy” elsewhere (hint: ABN) :wink:

this is no hate speech or toxicity to anyone, this is only stating some facts…and honestly, this is only a game, all the toxic and abusing players here are not worth getting irritated by them, most people here have much more and bigger problems in real life to be worrying about some (mostly) kids not be able to get a “women’s touch” in their life :smiley:

Facts are PKF was 1day allyd on NA with ABN in hws 12 to get the HwS Stars thats all.
We never blocked anykind of Corecount we had 1 hv <-- (Blocking Core count)…rly? on gg in hws 12.
Btw I self said it in the Alliance Chat about the HwS stars and if anyone wants it … so Mako best is stop hjack Topics with false informations and keep it on the “Topic toplane”

So idk where you get that “Facts” but its all not true … and everyone knows that.

And no one Go behind anys back what we “do” on Na for one day last day of hws 12 no one should care cause we are not Jvi and this here is about Rules nothing about PKF & JVI

We explained why we were in alliance with ABN on NA server and not on EU. There was no lying about it, when asked we explained why, etc…
There was no backstabs from our side at all.
Blocking core limit never happened by us, because we had only 1 HV on GG during battle and in middle of battle Senor and I comed to GG to help out, but you already by abusing alliance system decord our HV tank and continue fighting. We left and broke alliance till we discuss it with Firebird or other of your leaders.

i believe clarification of the rules is what was requested here. not faction bashing or examples of other issues. i hope the admins don’t have to waste too much time reading through the information here that is not needed. this is a help ticket system after all.

1 week ago DS3 and ABN attacked our base (LEA), i was defending solo but hey i didn’t cried about it!! They both have bases on GG so i guess they are not allies ingame (in discord they are for sure) , is that correct?
Plus as far as i know they never attacked you , so you are allies too i guess! Correct?
And if there is a rule about what you claim we break , please show us the rule!

no rule breaking accusations were made here. just a request for clarification of the rules. no need to get upset. it is a valid request. please try to keep the unneeded comments out so the admins don’t have to sift through trash talk.

Excuse my man, I’m the leader of LEA and I talk for LEA.
All the mess that happened was caused by confusion as it’s quite visible here, we are a new faction and most of us are all new in HWS, I’m no exeption.
As Bob
said, a clarification of rules is absolutely needed, as shows the fact that some said this is lawbreaking and some others said the contrary.
WE ARE NOT EXPLOITERS and WE HAVE NOT BROCKEN ANY RULE (if we even did) WANTING TO DO SO.
As it’s clarified by admins if this was against the rules or not, we will act and fix all what’s needed to be fixed

again this is a request for rule clarification. there is no need to throw any accusations from either side
no need for argument, finger pointing or drama. from anyone. the admins have enough on their plates to deal with than playing moderators to those who can’t communicate properly.
