The issue of the OP is clear cut,
āSince HV to SV docking will come in 10.6 (soon), I want to start a new ātestā in the 10.X season and get rid of any CV on PvP planets . This has a lot of reasons but mostly with my vision to boost a fair planetary fight, where every vessel has its purpose.ā
RexXxus made his intentions clear, but the restrictions too loose to prevent it. I personally donāt have a problem with CVs on planets as long as bigger bases can be built to protect against it.
