there is no patreon package that lowers the cost of the personal transporter:

to collect the drop rewards, visit the blonde on the second floor of EGS HQ. and she will provide all the loot drop benefits available. be sure you are connected to a container otherwise you will provide popcorn to anyone nearby

I think you’re confusing CSW for the personal teleporter in HWS Connect.
CSW allows you to jump between RE EU and RE NA, bringing your items and ships with you. It’s cheaper as a patron.
The Personal Teleportation Device in HWS Connect however is always 5 million and 50 DNA.
It doesn’t become cheaper

But there is also the option of using supergates to travel around. It requires a ship, but you can travel almost free to and from ECC (minor cost from ECC; otherwise free).
