Important Note though:

Config balancing is in full swing. Values are changed and balanced every day and will be changed in the future. We are very grateful for your feedback and time spent on the game. Together we will make the gameplay interesting and exciting. Giving a lot of new emotions. Just be patient and don’t rush to conclusions and try to give constructive feedback. Major errors or imbalances will be fixed as soon as possible. Just let us know. Also keep in mind that some changes may conflict with existing ones and just wait for the next changes to work perfectly together.

• fixed Armored Windows S had random vanilla CPUIn values instead of 1 CPU, like all other blocks.
• reverted the big CPU change that made some ships crippled. Sorry for that. It’s difficult to make config changes during a season in a good way.

That’s why I establish a new workflow:
First I push changes to the Creative + Scenario.
Wait for feedback about that for 24 hours and only after that I push it live to HWS+.
Under the assumption to get feedback of course. I also note, that feedback is required with a :warning:

Please use this method, so we can have a bit stressful Release Candidate until march but then a better full release hopefully.

• fixed missing end loot and still Treasure room Dialogue guy in Combat Testing Facility Mission.
Missions got higher on my todo list again :pensive:

HWS+ Creative Scenario changelog
• rebalanced CPU for Generators, RCS, Doors, Cockpits, Wifi and some other devices.
• added / increased Hitpoints for Doors, Ramps, Hangar Doors (will be adjusted due bug in next patch)
• rebalanced mass. Reduced mass for shutter doors for example.

HWS+ Creative Scenario changelog

• added a new device “Elemental Furnace” to HWS+.
This is the start of a series of new devices that will be implemented to HWS+.(Elemental Constructor, Elemental Foodprocessor, Elemental Thruster, etc.)
The idea behind those devices is to make them (for now) exclusive available for the HWS Garage and able to place on SV, HV, CV and Bases. They have of course some benefits over the vanilla devices.
This will not only push the HWS Garage but adds more convenience for you (but also for us building HWS Garage ships).

• fixed Lux Shield Generator too low CPUIn value
• streamlined = reduced all CPUIn values for Elemental Shield Generators. Since shield is very important on HWS+, the CPU you got more now, should be used wisely for armor or even more shield.
• rebalanced stats of Elemental Furnace
• added Elemental Constructor (Advanced Constructor for SV, HV, CV, BA)

:information_source: I really can’t note down all changes for everything. The CPU Extender and Crew above was already crazy. Github would be faster again… meh.

• Bigger rebalancing of Bases (boost reload delay, ROF, hitpoints, CPU)
We feel Bases are not what they should be. A fortress in PvP that can survive an attack with more than right now: being just a POI. Especially in space. Were there ever be a space station that was used as real space station / safe haven instead of just a decoy or turret outpost to warp camp others? There were couple of bugs in the past that lost trust in bases in space.
Is it possible to fix that and have awesome space station fights like against the Death Star?

    is open to claim. If you beat the Metropolis, you can capture the whole planet for 7 days, farming an excessive amount of Elements alone / with your faction.

• fixed dialogue bug about global stacksize. If the DNA Stack Size Upgrade was >50 && < 100 and a new player opens a container, he didn’t get the lvl 4 Stack Size. Made it also more clear in the text now.

• based on your feedback already implemented / fixed: Penetration of “railguns” were partially too deep and damage too high. Penetration depth is overall max: 4-5 blocks now (before up to 10)
• slight adjustments to BlastDamage of SV T1 weapons
• Strangelet Large Blocks Hitpoint increase from 3000 to 3500 with weight increase as well from 4500 to 5000.
• Strangelet Small Blocks Hitpoints increase from 400 to 500 with weight increase from 45 to 52.
• Reduced BlastDamage of many devices
• totally forgot OCD was still accessible globally. Fixed it now.
