=> Is there anyway i can recover the alien core or is it completely gone

That’s gone mate.
Only way to retrieve an alien core, is by using recycle at level 5.

Maybe @Dr.Dark can help as an exception, but you will anyway need lvl 5 to retrieve the core again if he can spawn your ship back.

and the ship aint gone its just the core i removed thinking i could use it for a new BP i was building

Alien Core

On HWS you have the possibility to get an Alien Core as a super HighTech Alien Technology® item. Either from PDA missions, rewards, buying HWS Garage ships and recycling them, or with a Support.
