In the brackets you see what servers are available.
But I assume you meant RE NA.

So you had 5 adv upgr kits in your player invenotry before the restart?

I can’t find them.
Or a connected (yellow) toolbar?

The issues with such tickets are as you can imagine: we have absolutely no proof of that.
And while this is an unfortunate situation for both of us, we added guideline for both of us here:

So we offer a one time restore of such things based on trust, if no video can be provided.
That makes us fair for everyone the last 7 years we are hosting HWS.

P.S.: Check carefully each container you have around you again.
Very often players found their stuff after that.

I found them! They were somehow in my SV attached to my cv. Idk how that happened but thank you!
