RP nothing on pve 7 boost?

RP nothing on pve 7 boost? So… yes we all know have the epic weapon, you can an additional boost.
So having nothing in pve, plus epic+warp, this makes for the 14 RP.
well my faction is not recieving any RP at all.
and we are warping etc. I wonder we are near a pve planet on the weekdays,
and we have no bases or ships there but, we have some oxygen generators,
and water makers etc, does having this prevent the first RP bonus?

I think you are thinking of the old RP system from 5.x.
