What happened?
=> Dear Admins,

As a Patron, I accidentally lost my Patron Core in my second season on HWS. I thought that if I purchased an additional EGS Level 5, I might be able to get it for another Ship. Currently, I have a purchased Alien Core installed.

Since I would like to spawn my current favorite ship (needs Patron Core) before the start of the new season, I would like to purchase a new Patron Core.

I would be very grateful if this is possible. Thank you in advance for looking into it and best regards.

Since I would like to spawn my current favorite ship (needs Patron Core) before the start of the new season, I would like to purchase a new Patron Core.

Just so you know, Patreon Cores can’t be carried across a full wipe You can get up to four of them per season (two per server), and you have to get new ones every season.

You can get a Patreon Core by collecting it at Star Fragment 7, or if you’re a Master+ tier patron then at EGS HQ (you can only get one of these two options, as they’re technically the same Patreon Core).
Then there’s also another core you can get by going to… Nova? I think. Or maybe it’s in Phoenix.
And of course you can Cross Server Warp to the other server and do the same over there.
It’s not possible to buy them for real money though, other than by becoming a Master+ patron and going to EGS HQ.

But how did you lost your first Patreon Core? And was it this season?

Yes, it was this season. Approx. two weeks ago I read, that only with EGS level… I can get it back, when cutting it out. I tried and it wanished. Seems, I didn’t get it right.

Okay, it’s a bit long ago, but I browsed the logs a bit, and I can’t see exactly what happened, but it’s close enough that I’ll make an exception and take your word for the loss.

I put a new Patreon Core into your inventory now The reason why you had problems is because Alien and Patreon Cores can’t be picked up with a multitool. You must use EGS Recycle in order to get it back (level 5+, which you do have).

The resaon for the longer time until I wrote here was caused by illness and a longer absence. I don’t know how to prove, but I swear, it is the thruth.
