Voting for HWS helps the community grow, and you get daily rewards for it: HWS DNA and Credits. The more often you vote in a month, the bigger each reward gets.
HWS Connect → Dashboard → Vote (NA players: /rn/vote)
ATTENTION: the third-party voting website has no Epic Games support. Only Steam users can vote.
How to Vote and Claim
- Sign in to HWS Connect with Steam and select the server you play on
- Open Dashboard → Vote
- Click Vote for HWS+ RE EU (or RE NA) and finish the vote on empyrion-servers.com in the new tab
- Go back to HWS Connect. The page checks your vote every 15 seconds (or click I voted — check again) and claims your reward automatically as soon as your vote is detected. You can also click Claim your reward now!
- “Vote reward claimed.” The reward arrives in game right away, or the next time you are online on that server
You can also vote directly on the vote site:
Rewards
| Reward | Amount |
|---|---|
| HWS DNA | 1 HWS DNA × the number of your votes this month |
| Credits | 7,000 credits × the number of your votes this month, paid into your Elemental Bank |
- The system is cumulative: your 1st vote of the month gives 1 DNA + 7,000 credits, your 10th vote 10 DNA + 70,000 credits, and so on.
- Your vote count resets on the 1st of each month.
- If you vote every day of a 30-day month you earn up to 465 HWS DNA and 3,255,000 credits per server.
Rules
- You can claim once per vote day. A new vote day starts at 06:00 Berlin time. The page shows a countdown to your next vote.
- If you vote again before 06:00, your vote counts, but the reward waits until 06:00.
- You don’t need to be online in game to claim. If you are offline, the reward is delivered the next time you are online on that server.
- Only HWS+ RE EU and HWS+ RE NA have a vote listing.
- Votes belong to one server. Vote and claim on the server where your character plays.
- During a Cross Server War the servers share a vote pool. Vote for the server you actually play on, or the reward lands on the wrong character.
- Make sure to redeem each reward promptly. Rewards don’t stack.
Common Messages
- “You must vote first!”: the vote site hasn’t registered your vote yet. Wait a moment, then click I voted — check again.
- “Your next vote reward unlocks at 06:00 (Berlin time).”: you already claimed for today, or voted early.
- “This server has no vote listing, so there is nothing to vote for here.”: switch the server selector to the server you play on.
- “The vote site could not be reached.”: empyrion-servers.com didn’t answer. Try again later.
- Reward didn’t arrive? It is delivered the next time you are online on that server. The credits go to your Elemental Bank, not your inventory.
