How It Works
Supporter Playfields offer you full customization over:
- Visuals and environment (planet look, gravity, weather)
- Access control (factions, players, origins)
- Gameplay parameters (POIs, resources, PvP/PvE settings)
Ordering Your Planet or Space
You tell us your wishes on HWS Connect before you pay, no ticket or template message needed:
- On Support Us, add Your own Planet or Your own Space to the cart and pick the type (e.g. PvE restricted)
- In the cart, click Fill in my wishes. A short wizard opens:
- Start: the rules of your type (resource and POI limits, restricted access, where it is placed, lifespan). Choose Fill in the template or Send my own playfield files
- Basics: name, temperature, class size, gravity, biome, description
- Resources: only as many as your type allows, forbidden ones are not offered, plus your POIs
- World: plants, animals, weather, water color, deposit wipe, drone attacks
- Access: who may enter (required for restricted types), HWS DNA PvE check, anything else
- Check: your wishes exactly as the team will read them. Save my wishes
- Pay. Checkout stays closed until every Planet/Space line has its wishes saved. One Planet or Space per cart line (quantity 1)
Your Inbox tells you when the team has your wishes, when work on your playfield starts and when it is ready.
Changing the type or server of a cart line asks for the wishes again. Paying with HWS Ingots works the same way (switch the price toggle to HWS Ingot).

Submit Your Own Playfield
You may submit a full playfield.yaml instead of the template: in the wizard choose Send my own playfield files and upload it with its media as one zip (max 20 MB). The team checks it. Please follow these rules:
- Avoid overpowered stats or loot
- Keep decorative items (e.g., plant spawn rate) to 0.001 or lower
Playfield Lifespan: 3 Months
- Your playfield lasts minimum 90 days
- Full wipes also remove Supporter Playfields
- Timing your support near season start gives best value
- Renewing support lets you keep your playfield next season

Playfield Guidelines
- One free Supporter Package is included (can be gifted)
- Limit: 1 video, 1 audio, 10 decals max or 20MB total
- Max 1 restricted Planet + 1 restricted Space per faction
- More allowed if unrestricted
- You can place a planet inside your own space
Unrestricted planets cannot be inside restricted spaces
- You can add custom POIs or AI Vessels (no OP loot)
- Optionally request an indestructible surface for performance
- Customize environment: weather, gravity, biomes, sea level, etc.
No NPC traders or EGS zones on restricted playfields- No switching from restricted ↔ unrestricted during the season
- Wipe & decay times apply
- Structures on restricted playfields don’t count towards base limits
- Ship class limit: 7 | No base class limit (spawn limit still Class 7)
- You can host Event Planets/Spaces (requires approval)
- Asteroids respawn every 3 hours
- Weekly surface wipe resets deposits (Autominers wiped)
- Location is fixed:
- Planets → Donare Sector
- Spaces → Sun System

- Common: Iron, Copper, Cobalt, Silicon, Promethium, Titanium, Ice, Carbon
- Rare: Gold, Magnesium, Erestrum, Zascosium, Pentaxid, Aluminium, Platinum, Neodymium*, Sathium* (* can be also used in unrestricted PvE)
- Not allowed: Coltan, Bismuth, Tungsten, Chromite
1. PvE Restricted
- 2 common resource types (deposits or asteroids)
- Max 3 nodes per type, 50k each
- Max 3 POIs with infinite drone waves (optional)
2. PvE Unrestricted
- 5 common resource types
- Max 3 nodes per type, 50k each
- Up to 7 POIs with infinite drones (optional)
- Global limits apply
3. PvP Restricted
- 2 common resource types
- Max 3 nodes per type, 50k each
- Max 3 POIs with infinite drones (optional)
4. PvP Unrestricted
- Up to 7 total resource types (common + rare, except Gold)
- Max 3 nodes per type, 50k each
- Max 15 POIs with infinite drones (optional)
- Global limits apply
5. PvPvE Rotation (Unrestricted)
- Up to 6 common types + Pentaxid
- Max 3 nodes per type, 50k each
- Max 15 POIs with infinite drones (optional)
- Global limits apply

HWS is not a pay-to-win server. Supporter benefits are cosmetic or controlled to avoid unfair advantages.
The HWS team reserves the right to adjust any supporter content for balance and performance reasons.
