If no HWS staff are online during an incident, you are required to provide supporting evidence—
screenshots are helpful, but videos are preferred.
Reports submitted without evidence will be treated with limited support, as we cannot validate unsubstantiated claims.
False Accusations
If you submit a report that is proven to be intentionally false or misleading, you will face disciplinary action.
Incident Review Process
- Each report is evaluated individually and impartially.
- Action will be taken based on context, severity, and available proof.
- Reports involving personal drama or non-rule-breaking conflicts will be ignored.
2. Final Judgment Policy
HWS Staff are committed to ensuring fairness and maintaining a healthy community. Disciplinary decisions are based on what we determine to be in the best interest of the server and its players.
We do not enforce automatic bans for every rule infraction. Instead, we apply discretion, reviewing:
- Context of the violation
- History of the player involved
- Intent and impact of the incident
While outcomes may not always seem “reasonable” from your perspective, they reflect what we believe is best for the broader community.
No Negotiations
We will not entertain:
- Comparisons to other punishments
- Requests to re-judge finalized cases
- Attempts to influence the outcome through debate
HWS Staff have the final word on all disciplinary actions and investigation results.

If you lie during an investigation, the consequences will be significantly harsher.
